Meet the Doctor and Staff
Dr. Richard LeConey, M.D., Medical Director
Prior to becoming interested in the problems and treatment of aging, Dr. LeConey specialized in Emergency Medicine and is also Board Certified by the American Board of Emergency Medicine.
In 1979 he founded and directed Southwest Emergency Associates, a company, which employed over 40 Emergency Physicians and staffed 10 hospital Emergency Departments in Texas.
Dr. LeConey earned his undergraduate degree with honors from the University of Texas in Austin and his Medical Degree from the University of Texas Medical Branch (UTMB) in Galveston, Texas in 1977. After Medical School, he continued on, at UTMB, as Intern and Resident in the Department of General Surgery.
Dr. LeConey is a member of the American Medical Association, the Texas Medical Association, the Harris County Medical Society, the Endocrine Society, the American Academy of Clinical Endocrinology, the American Academy of Emergency Medicine

Dana LeConey: Administrator
Her career began in Respiratory Therapy and Cario-Pulmonary Medicine. Later, she developed an interest in flying, returned to school receiving her degree in Aeronautical Technology. and joined the Continental Airlines Pilot Training Program. For the next 15 years this busy mother of two pursed a career as a corporate jet pilot. In 1997, she began to experience some signs of aging and decided to do something about it.
Today Dana is the director of their thriving Anti-Aging medical practice, focusing her energy on helping people regain (or maintain) their youthful vitality and appearance.

Cindy Arce-Perales, Registered Nurse
Nursing Director
Cindy comes to the Institute with a 10 year nursing background in the ICU, O.R., Cosmetics and Plastics. She is our nurse specializing in Bio-Identical Hormone Replacement Therapy and works closely with Dr. LeConey. She enjoys helping patients regain their youthful verve, good health and confidence through balanced hormones. She works diligently adjusting prescriptions as adjustments are made through this process.

KAY MC CUNIS
Licensed Vocational Nurse
Kay is new to the Institute of Anti-Aging with her background being over 14 years in Geriatrics nursing. She will be working closely with Cindy and Dr. LeConey and the Hormone Replacement as well as some of the cosmetic procedures. She was previously a patient who took and interest in the anti-aging medicine concept and is thrilled to explore the possibilities and find her niche here.

J-BIRD COOK
Patient Cordinator
J-Bird started working at the Anti-Aging after being a patient for several years. She comes from a health and fitness background and really connected with the idea of having the face match body work emphasis in her Personal Traing business.. The non-surgical approach to improving appearance is the quick-fix, no downtime that really works in her life and motivated her to want to get the word out to all women who want to look better through the aging process.

NICOLE TIRADO
Medical Assistant
Nicole has worked at the Institute for 2 years in Patient Care and Aesthetics. She works with various skin care treatments and body contouring procedures. She derives satisfaction in her job by working with patients and helping them look and feel their best.

SHANNON CARMINE
Front Office & Electronic Medical Records
Shannon interfaces with all our patients as they schedule appointments and check in and out. She has played a prominent role in helping our office convert to electronic medical records. She Is attending University of Houston and majoring in Healthcare Administration.
