Dr. Richard LeConey is the owner/ operator of Antiage Institute: Medical Spa and Wellness Center. Dr. LeConey earned his undergraduate degree cum laude from the University of Texas in Austin and his medical degree from the University of Texas Medical Branch (UTMB) in Galveston Texas, in 1977. After medical school, he continued on at UTMB as a resident in the Department of General Surgery. He then extended his studies to include Antiaging Medicine over the next 20 years on continuing medical education. 

Prior to becoming interested in the problems and treatments of aging, Dr. LeConey specialized in Emergency Medicine and is also Board Certified in Emergency Medicine. Dr. LeConey is a member of the following: American Medical Association, Texas Medical Association, Harris County Medical Society, Endocrine Society, American Academy of Clinical Endocrinology,

American Academy of Emergency Medicine, American Board of Antiaging Medicine. He is also a Certified Allergan trainer and Dr. LeConey is board-certified in emergency medicine and for the last 25 years has specialized in Wellness and Antiaging Medicine. He is a certified Allergan trainer, and trains physicians and nurses in the injection of BOTOX® Cosmetic, JUVÉDERM®, and KYBELLA®

Dana LeConey is the Director of Antiage Institute: Medical Spa & Wellness Center. Her initial career was as a Respiratory Therapy and Cardio-Pulmonary technician. After developing an interest in flying, she returned to school in 1987 and received her degree in Aeronautical Technology. For the next 15 years she pursued a career as a corporate pilot.

In 1997, Dana began what she thought would be a temporary position as a manager for her husband’s five primary care health centers. Inspired by the changes in the healthcare industry, Dana and Richard founded Antiage Institute: Medical Spa & Wellness Center. Today, Dana is the director of their thriving healthy aging practice, focusing her energy on helping people regain and or maintain their youthful vitality and appearance. The LeConey’s are assisted at their state of the art medical and skin care facility by a specially trained staff providing proven age-reversing treatments.

Shannon graduated Summa Cum Laude from the University of Houston with a degree in Healthcare Administration—yes, she’s as smart as she is passionate!  Since 2008, she’s played a key role in the growth and success of Antiage Institute, blending her wealth of experience with fresh ideas and a dash of enthusiasm (and maybe a little caffeine) to keep everyone on their toes.  With over a decade in the medical spa and wellness industry, Shannon is dedicated to ensuring exceptional patient care while driving innovation and operational excellence.  

When she’s not keeping things running like a well-oiled machine, Shannon enjoys quality time with her husband Travis, daughter Finley, and their two lovable but slightly rebellious dogs. At the end of the day, she can be found unwinding with a much-deserved glass (or two, let’s be real) of wine—because managing all of this calls for nothing less.

Erin graduated from Texas A&M University with a degree in Business Administration and nursing degree in 2009. Erin trained with a top plastic surgeon in injection techniques with Botox and Facial fillers and has independently administered over 100,000 injections. Erin has a discerning aesthetic eye and her patients love the way she is able to take years off while maintaining a natural appearance.

Meet Megan, one of our Aesthetic Nurse Injectors! Megan holds her Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing. With over a decade of experience in medical aesthetics, ranging from plastic surgery to the latest non-invasive techniques, it’s no surprise that Megan has a keen eye for detail. Megan focuses on achieving natural, balanced enhancements for her patients. She specializes in neurotoxins, dermal fillers and biostimulatory injectables.

Megan is constantly perfecting her skills, always diving into continuing education in anatomy as well as the latest products and techniques to ensure modern cutting edge care and excellent patient outcomes. What sets Megan apart is her ability to deliver personalized care through individualized treatment plans customized to each patient’s unique needs and goals.

When she’s not perfecting your look, Megan enjoys spending quality time with her husband, Noah, their 3 pups, and awaiting the arrival of their daughter, Margot. Her favorite food is sushi and she’ll never turn down a spicy tuna hand roll (or 7) from her favorite date night restaurant, Handies Douzo. She’s also known for her love of tennis and the occasional nap.

Siti is a Licensed Registered Nurse with a Bachelor's degree from the University of Texas. She has dedicated her career to the craft of medical aesthetics for the last 10 years. As an Aesthetic Nurse Specialist, she brings an attractive blend of skill, experience and artistry to the practice. 

With artistry at the forefront of her skills, Siti strives for natural results to highlight each individual’s unique qualities. Her goals are to harmonize and refresh each patients’ features so they leave feeling and looking their absolute best self. 

Siti is enthusiastic about educating her patients on treatment options available to address their aesthetic needs and goals. Her genuine personal interest in each of her patients, as well as her warm personality, make every visit enjoyable!

In her spare time, she enjoys spending quality time with her husband, traveling to new places, going to brunch with friends, working on interior design projects at home or cuddling in her reading nook with her kindle.

Julie graduated with her Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 2016. With a passion for holistic health and anti-aging medicine, Julie transitioned into aesthetic medicine in 2022. As the Medical Weight Loss and Hormone Replacement Therapy Nurse. Julie specializes in integrating advanced medical knowledge with personalized wellness strategies.

In addition to her clinical skills, Julie is known for her compassionate approach and commitment to on-going education in the latest wellness and aesthetic advancements. As part of her dedication to provide the highest quality care and the latest aesthetic procedures, Julie continues advanced training to offer even more innovative and personalized treatment plans.

When away from the office, Julie and her husband Brian enjoy traveling, golfing, exercising and trying new restaurants.

Sarah is a licensed Aesthetician and Senior Laser Technician with almost 20 years of experience. She specializes in anti-aging treatments such as micro-needling, laser resurfacing, chemical peels, and clinical facials.

Her number one goal is to deliver amazing results and exceed her clients expectations. While making clients feel confident is rewarding, her favorite part of the job is getting to know her clients personally.

Sarah jokingly says she should have an honorary doctorate in psychology because her clients feel so comfortable sharing their life with her. If you want to chat about skincare, treatments, or gossip about friends and family she’s got you! Also, feel free to just zen out and have quiet time, that’s cool too! 

In her free time, she loves riding bikes, swimming, and trying out new recipes!

She also loves globe trotting with her husband! Some of their favorite trips have been visiting Sri Lanka, Japan and Iceland! 

When she's not traveling, she loves spoiling her nephews with pizza parties by the pool.

Her favorite treatments are HydraFacial’s paired with a dermaplane, ALL Sciton lasers, and Microneedling with Sculptra. 

She is devoted to her patients’ and enjoys guiding them through their skincare journey, and especially loves seeing the transformation! El is committed to continuing education, ensuring she stays at the forefront of the latest advancements in skincare and laser technology to provide the best outcomes for her patients’. A dedicated and compassionate Medical Assistant with 14 years of experience in patient care, clinical procedures and administrative support. Rita’s background includes a Bachelor of Science in Medical Technology. 

Previous to joining the Antiage team, her career included working in a hospital laboratory environment followed by a project management position responsible for training hospital personnel and installing Laboratory Information Systems throughout the United States. 

With this collective experience, Rita facilitates a smooth workflow in a fast-paced setting, fully supporting the goals of Antiage Institute to ensure a positive patient experience.

Carolyne has over 25 years of experience in customer relations and business development. She earned a B.A. degree from Baylor University and an M.B.A from the University of St. Thomas.

Carolyne’s experience with Antiage Institute began as a patient in 2009. She sought treatment with Dr. LeConey for Hormone Replacement Therapy and Thyroid. The treatment results were amazing, both physically and emotionally. After having such a positive experience with Dr. LeConey and the rest of our staff, Carolyne decided to join our team in 2014.

Carolyne believes there's no greater investment than the one that you make in your own life and taking care of yourself. How you feel about yourself and how you take care of your health affects every aspect of your life. Carolyne is a huge advocate for animal rescue and enjoys travel, theater and all adventures spending time with her family and friends.

Tova was originally a patient of Antiage Institute for several years before she asked if she could join the team. She fell in love with the practice, the outstanding treatments and most of all the incredible providers here at the Institute. 

She lives in Bellaire with her husband who is also a patient and her two sons who are her entire world. Tova loves being a part-time Patient Care Coordinator to our awesome patients. She prides herself on treating each and every one of them as well as she was treated when she first walked through our doors. 

Tova enjoys cooking, exercising, traveling to 30A or mountain adventure spots with her sweet family and is a voracious reader.
